About Girard Main Street

Girard Area Main Street was established in late 2021 through cooperation from the City of Girard and the Girard Area Chamber of Commerce. Community members were chosen by a bio-screening process to fill seven positions: City, Chamber of Commerce, Insurance, Legal, Financial, Community, and Industrial representatives.

Our hope is to have a cohesive and distinct variety of business activities conducted in the Main Street Area. Specifically Main Street will commit to supporting those businesses as well as the historic preservation of our community.
